Magic Measures pins are received by cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in recognition for being a top performer for the month. M.A.G.I.C. (MAGIC) Measures is the acronym for Disney’s performance scale that the Travel Cast Members are rated on: M – Make the reservation. A – Add personal service. G – Great guest service. I – Inform & educate guest on services. C – Customize package.
One pin is given for 4 different categories (100% Service, Revenue per Hour, Revenue per Arrival, Top Conversion) to the top performers in 4 different divisions. There are a total of 8 pins for 2005 and the theme is Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs. Pins are awarded based on the The Walt Disney Travel Company fiscal calendar year - October to September. The first award for 2005 was given in 2004 (why the pin is stamped 2004). It was given for the month of October fiscal year 2005. Magic Measures pins are presented on cards with the cast member’s name, award name and the month/year.

The actual edition size of any Magic Measures pin is unknown but is estimated to be less than 200 pins for each character. The back of the snow white pin says : Cast Exclusive/ Disney©/China. Pin Dimensions are approx. 2"H x 1.5"W.

FYI: In 2003 the initiative was created to reward Cast Members of the WDTC for their hard work and performance in reaching their "Magic Measures". If there was no "Top" performer, no pins were distributed. Once a month, a maximum of 8 pins were distributed. 2005 was the first year that cast members could choose which character pin they wanted as their reward.
