This pin was given to cast Members that were pulled from the office and "heart of the house" into the parks during peak holiday seasons. This is called Cross-U ( for utilization). It gives these cast members a chance to work with the public and gives them a chance to appreciate what the front line cast members do. This way the parks do not have to hire extra personnel to meet the needs of high occupancy in the parks.

This pin has a blue background, but with age and handling it can turn greenish. The character of Tigger is using his tail as a jumping spring. On the top of the pin are the words "Cross-U" and on the bottom is "Spring 2001" with the copyright symbol Disney in the lower right corner. The back of the pin has one pin post and one large nub. The words " Proudly made in USA" are in the bottom half of the back.
