This 4 pin Core Values Booster set was a cast member exclusive. The pins measure 1-3/16" x 1-1/2" (each) in size. The 4 pins each look to be brass with an colored enamel silhouette character in the center surrounded by text representing cast member values. The Characters included are Mickey (black enamel), Minnie (red enamel), Donald (blue enamel), and Goofy (green enamel). The values are in displayed in varied placement and sizes: "Courage" is top left and "Respect" is in the largest font. Other words highlighted are Diversity, Balance, Honesty, and Integrity. The rainbow colored backer card also highlights the values and includes a quote from Walt Disney, "You can dream, create, design, and build the most wonderful place in the world... But it requires people to make the dream a reality."
