This pin could only be purchased by buying the matching snow globe. The first 500 Snow Globes arrive with a limited-edition enamel cloisonne pin.Lilo is showing Stitch his adoption certificate. Stitch is on all fours (the other two are hidden) standing next to Lilo (in her Hawaiian dress). She is holding up the adoption certificate, just as scene is depicted in the snow globe.
