Part of the 2008 series of WDI ID Badge Pins.The I.D. is for Mickey Mouse dressed in his Sorcerer hat and robe.The hire date is 1952.This is the year (16Dec1952 was actual day) the enterprise, which came to be called Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), was founded in order to oversee the construction of Disneyland.Disneyland opened three years later in 1955.The badge isblue with a white bottom portion.
