Pluto rides in his blue inner tube while catching a wave.He is wearing green goggles and a green collar. He is spitting water out of his mouth. This pin was released in April 2006 as a completer to the first set of cast lanyard pins.

This is the first series of Hidden Mickey pins released at WDW in 2002. There was no hidden mickey symbol on the pins. The pins were released throughout the year on different dates. The pins were found exclusively on WDW Cast Member Lanyards and were not for sale.

There are six inner tube pins: 39529, 39530, 39531, 39532, 39533, 39534. Another almost identical set of Inner Tube pins were released in 2007 with the hidden mickey symbol printed on them.
