This pin was released in honor of the 50th anniversary of the inaugural voyage of the Sailing Ship Columbia around the Rivers of America at Frontierland®. Donald Duck is standing on the dock and saluting; he is dressed in a blue sailor hat and blue vest with black bow tie.He is a pin-on-pin element and the background reads "COLUMBIA 50th Anniversary 2008" with an image of the ship.The ship itself was modeled after the first American ship to circumnavigate the globe. Alex Maher from Disney Design Group created the original artwork for this pin. The pin is gold-finished and approx 1 3/4" H x 1 3/4" W.
