This pin comes on a 2 tone purple card that reads "Are you making the most of the Disney Difference?" on the top half and under the pin reads "I am!" This pin has an outline in purple of Mickey Mouse's ears with a light blue background. It also says "Disney Difference." That wording is also done in purple. On the back of the pin it says "Created specially for Walt Disney World Cast Members." This pin was given to Cast Members at MGM Studios at the Cast Member Spring Fling Event as well as other Cast backstage locations too. The reverse reads, "© Disney 0805251 19, China."

The Disney Difference was an initiative that both encouraged cast members to participate in, and advertised to guests, all the ways that a Disney vacation was exceptional compared to other locations. It existed in how their immersive parks and resorts were planned and themed, in the way cast members interacted with guests and treated them as very individual people, and in the way that everything they did was done with the intention of creating magic and memories.
