Pins from this mystery set portray characters who transform. Featuring the Blue Fairy from Pinocchio with her magic wand. Some facial features appear to be screen printed on. The Blue Fairy stands before a background of sky and a circus cart wearing her signature blue gown, appearing to conjure a spinner element in the shape of a train compartment. One side of the spinner element shows Pinocchio as a puppet, covered with blue translucent enamel. The other side of the spinner element, shows Pinocchio as a real boy, covered by blue translucent enamel. The background sky element is covered with blue translucent enamel, and the circus portion is standard red and yellow enamel. Screen printed star and dot detailing exists over the background as well as her dress and wings.

*Note it appears that 2-3 sections of sky that might have been intended to be blue translucent enamel, between her wand and the spinner element, between her lower wings and her wrist flounce and the bottom left corner. Top right and bottom left sides were filled in with the red circus element enamel and the bottom left side with her wings light blue enamel. Unsure if this is in error or if an intentional design choice.
