Part of the series of pins released at Walt Disney World and Disneyland resort parks in September 2018 for the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party event.

This limited edition spinner pin was sold individually and as part of an LE1000 5-pin Box Set of spinners. It features Minnie Mouse at the center of the pin surrounded by orange and black cupcakes with orange , yellow, and purple frosting decorated with sprinkles. The spinner element behind Minnie and the cupcakes rotates on a vertical axis. It’s decorated with different sections of Halloween sprinkles/candy.

Minnie is wearing an orange and green cupcake costume, an orange bow decorated with sprinkles, and orange glitter shoes. She is holding up an orange cupcake, a rubberized ‘Free-D’ element. The green and black cupcake on right side of the pin has “2018 Mickey's Not so scary Halloween Party” written on multiple lines on the black cupcake liner.
