This LE pin commemorates the 2009 Half-Marathon RunDisney event held at WDW. Only participants who pre-ordered this pin with the event registration were guaranteed this pin. Initially was not for general retail sale anywhere. However, it was later found for sale in bins.

This Marathon pin shows Donald Duck running and wearing a blue shirt and blue and white shorts. He is on top of a trophy cup in yellow enamel which has the text 2009 Walt Disney World on it. Underneath the cup it says "Marathon" in red and under that is the text "Half Marathon" in white on a black background.

Art work shows a slightly different end product than what was actually produced. The pupils of Donald's eyes are white (artwork shows black pupils in the eyes) and the whites of his eyes are actually a light blue .

Pin Community report from Feb 7 2009: I saw a bin of these pins earlier this week. Obviously, these did not all sell out at the event. And all the pins I saw had the same (lack of) coloring for the eyes.
