Silver and white frame.Mickey Mouse is wearing a red and white striped top hat, red jacket, and white and black shoes.
"Some people thought I did this after the September 11th tragedy; it's not true… I painted this on the 4th of July 2001 (my daughter Taryn's birthday). However, I did paint a similar one after September 11th for charity."
