This Cast Member Exclusive pin celebrates TEAM Disney. The shape of the pin is basically a cast member name tag. The acronym T.E.A.M. stands for Teamwork, Enrichment, Achievement, and Morale, and these words are in red letters on white at the bottom of the pin on a glittery green like grass background with a princess castle centered behind them in pink and blue, which extends above the top of the pin.

Two of our favorite Disney couples, Mickey and Minnie, and Donald and Daisy are acting as cheerleaders each holding a yellow sign with one of the letters in red to spell out the word TEAM. Daisy ("T"), Mickey ("E"), and Minnie ("A") are dressed in cheer leading costumes. The girls are also holding pom-poms in the left hands and Mickey with a megaphone in his right hand. Donald on the far right is in his sailor suit, sans hat, with his right arm upraised, hand open and flat, as he holds the "M" sign in his left hand. The four characters, with their signs, are a pin on pin element.

The pin back has one post top center on a gold Mickey icon waffle pattern that extends past the edges. Below the post is the 2014 ODPT logo and on either side of that are the rivets that hold the pin on pin together. Below this it has "CAST EXCLUSIVE," and below that the embossed # T794-2679-3-14090. At the bottom it has "©DISNEY MADE IN CHINA."

The pin measures approx. 1¾" x 1 5/8"
