The Disney Dreamers & Doers program was a program that awarded young students in Central Florida that excelled in both grades and leadership. Examples of what type of contributions qualifies are: "strengthening their families; conservation/environmental projects; helping others; safety; school achievement in spite of barriers; improving their schools; serving as a role model for siblings/friends; or other positive actions." The student must write an essay and receive an endorsement from their teacher to be considered for the program, then were judged without names to choose the winners.
