This PTD was released first to event attendees of the DSSH Villains Event on October 8, 2017, beginning at 6 p.m.Event attendees had until Sunday, October 15, 2017 to purchase the PTD before the remaining PTDs were sold to others on October 16, 2017.
For the release on October 16, 2017, it was a voucher and wristband system similar to regular announced monthly releases of pins.
