Goofy is saluting and wearing a red, white & blue, Uncle Sam style top hat, red & white striped coat with blue lapels and cuffs, a red bow tie and yellow (gold), star shaped cuff links. His right hand is saluting. The round background is a red and white bullseye like design target, with a blue star overlaid.
