Pin Description:
Hooter is a delightful addition to this collection of pins that were randomly distributed at Disneyland to celebrate the park's 35th anniversary. Each pin showcases a beloved attraction from that era. This particular pin can also be found in a framed set. Hooter, depicted facing right, is a green elephant-like alien from the now-retired 3D film, Captain EO, featuring Michael Jackson. He sports a vibrant blue tank top. The pin is elegantly bordered with an ivory rim, inscribed with "Captain EO" at the bottom and "Disneyland ® - 35 years of magic" in shimmering gold around the top.Released 1990. This pin purportedly was both given out individually and as part of a promotional framed set. The framed set was reported as LE 250, but if the pin was also given out individually, the actual LE size remains unknown. As with all the pins in this series, the back of this pin is the old latch variety.
