This is the United Kingdom - Mickey stamp and one of 12 pins of the "Epcot 15th Anniversary Framed Set" . It originally sold through Disney Catalog. With the start of pin trading, the unsold sets were sold at WDW parks until they sold out in 2000.Mickey, lower right facing forward, is shown waist up. wearing a Beefeater hat. Big Ben is on the upper left side. "United Kingdom" is across the top. Mickey holds a suitcase in his right hand and his passport in his left.
