Pin Description:
From the Hong Kong Disneyland Pin Redemption Catalogue:

"Guests purchasing the Value Package may redeem the following pins by presenting the "2021 August Voucher" at Emporium in Hong Kong Disneyland from July 10, 2021 to December 31, 2021:

Traditional Chinese Zodiac Series-Lucky Limited Edition Pin"

Because HKDL has never been entirely clear on who the "Lucky" in the catalogue is meant to be, some educated guesses have been made based on context clues.

- This pin is pin 11 of 12 in the series. While HKDL redeems their limited edition pins differently, this would place it at the November pin, which is the month that Lucky debuted in the Hawkeye TV series. Lucky is also sold in plush form on Disney Store Asia.
- Lucky appears to be holding what looks like a slice of pizza in his mouth. He is also wearing a bandana, which Lucky wore for several promotional photos of the series.
- His left eye (our right) also appears to be winking— which is how Disney chose to illustrate his missing left eye.
- The body, tail, and head shape doesn't match Disney's other Lucky (a dalmatian puppy), nor most of their other popular dog characters. Since the flier specifies the character as Lucky both in the traditional Chinese and English portions, it can be assumed the character's name is Lucky and that this is not the translation of another name (i.e., Chip and Dale being Tic and Tac in French).

If you have substantial evidence that this is another character, please submit an 'incorrect data report' with your evidence.
