This Open Edition pin remembers the Opening of Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room in Adventureland®. The Tiki Room bird moves from side to side while the attraction sign is a pin-on-pin. Chris Chapman from Disney Design Group created the artwork for this pin.

This classic attraction opened on June 23, 1963. It was the first attraction to feature Audio-Animatronics® figures. Originally, the Enchanted Tiki Room was to have been a restaurant. The idea changed when it was realized that people would stop eating to watch the show. The restaurant would have never been able to keep up with the reservations!
