One of four stamps released and sold by the USPS to promote Disney Stamps.Not sculpted but an image with a smooth backing with an enameled overcoat.
This pin is a replica of the $.39 cent stamp released in 2006 by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This is Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Pin is rectangular in shape with a light green colored border and an inner yellow "stamp" border. Upper left reads "39 USA". Bottom reads "Romance".
