One of four stamps released and sold by the USPS to promote Disney Stamps. This pin is from the "Celebrate!" set, along with 3 other pins. It features a smiling Mickey holding a birthday cake out of reach from an enthusiastic Pluto. It has "37" in the upper left corner, referring to the cost of the actual stamp.This is not a traditional enamel pin - it is an image with a smooth backing with an enameled overcoat. It is not lenticular, but there is a certain shine/flash to the image as viewed through the coating.
