This is part of the first series of Cast Lanyard exclusive pins released at WDW in 2002 to address the lack of diversity in trading options on cast lanyards. There were no hidden mickey symbols on these pins. The pins were released throughout the year in eight different batches, much like modern hidden mickey pins, however they did not release a whole design collection at once. Instead, they released one pin from each collection at a time. You could not complete a series until the final batch was released. The pins were found exclusively on WDW Cast Member Lanyards and were never available for sale with the exception of the Completers that were later released in 2006. Another almost identical set of License Plate pins were released in 2007 with the hidden mickey symbol printed on them.

Minnie was released in Batch 6. This pin is a rectangle shaped Florida license plate with the word MINNIE with her silhouette behind it in a lighter green. The license is white with Florida printed in yellow and orange. MINNIE is printed in green. On the top left is an orange box with AUG printed in it. On the top right is a yellow box with '02 printed in it. Centered across the bottom are the words Walt Disney World in green.
