This 1 inch in diameter pin was given to cast members of the Warehouse Shipping Department as a thank you gift for attending a town hall meeting (often used to discuss business related questions and information).

Louie is pulling a little green wagon, carrying a giant blue mickey-eared globe in it. Dewey stands atop the globe, sprinkling a handful of pixie dust, while Huey is at the rear, helping to push the wagon forward. They're all in their classic long-sleeved shirts and caps. Behind them the background is white, with a thick red border. The pin is circular and epoxy coated.

The back is a smooth gold, with a pin post attached directly to the back, no base. The only thing on the backstamps is a small oval that has 'MADE IN THE USA' stamped on the inside of it. It does not have a Disney copyright on the backstamp, but this is common for internal releases made by specific departments. It does however have a tiny black © Disney on the front of the pin, just under the image of the nephews.
