Pin Description:
Reads "Disney Times" at the top and 1932 at the bottom.The sixth in a series of 12 pins reproducing the history of the Mickey Mouse Sunday comic strip. The frame of the pin reads "Disney Times" on the top and "1932" on the bottom.
The front of the pin shows Mickey in front of a billboard saying "Gosh he's almost got him. I'd better take a shortcut and save the dog!" The panel spins around to show a black and white classic Mickey. The back panel reads: Disney himself wrote the first eighteen strips. These first comic strips featured Mickey Mouse on a tropical island, where he met many comical animal characters.
