From the animated short Toot, Whistle, Plunk & Boom 10 pin boxed set released in February of 2003, this is the Minstrel (Jester) from the "Plunk" portion of the short. This section showed the development of string instruments like the harp and violin.The pin features a highly stylized character dressed ion a red and white jester like outfit. He is holding an oversized, blue cello with his left hand.
