Pin Description:
From the animated short Toot, Whistle, Plunk & Boom 10 pin boxed set released in February of 2003, this is the African Dancer from the "Boom" portion of the short. This section showed the development of rhythm instruments like drums.The pin features a highly stylized black and white tribesman in ceremonial garb with a shield in his right hand. In his left hand he holds a spear. He wears a horned mask and is dancing on logs of various sizes to make music. His arms are separate pins mounted on hinges so they move.
