The Old Hag (Evil Queen in disguise) is ready to offer her poisonous gift to Snow White. Snow White's curious yet slightly afraid expression is reflected on the translucent red apple. The Sleeping Death potion is seen as a bluish/green smoke swirl rising from the apple.
