This is the Flik's Fun Fair annual passholder exclusive pin. It was handed to you on the way out of the event held on 10/04/02. The pin is back stamped: ©Disney/Pixar Limited Edition 5000 Annual Passholder Exclusive Pin Event 10/04/20 The pin is not a completer pin. The pin was attached to a butterfly shaped rice crispie treat. It looks similar to the Flik's fun fair logo with Flik behind a chewed on leaf.
