Hinged gold window opens to show the North Star. Gold Metal finish. Backstamp has ODPT logo dated 2013. Says Window to the Magioc Limied Edition 1000. inventory # is stamped in, NOT in ink. P923-3170-4-12300. Mickey icon waffle pattern falls off edge. NO BORDER.
