Pin Description:
To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Walt Disney Classics Collection Society (Anniversary titled “Decade of Dreams”), this 12 pin set was released for a limited time. Every year, the Collection used a different production mark to indicate the year the collectors item was released. Each mark represents an important piece of Disney Animation. These productions marks include:1992: Steamboat Wheel (Steamboat Willie)

For the WDCC debut year, the "Steamboat Willie" ship’s wheel was chosen for the production mark as it symbolized Mickey Mouse’s animation debut. The wheel is a tan enamel on a gold-colored base metal. It is a pin-on-pin with the base pin being the main logo of the WDCC in a shade of Prussian Blue. The back of the pin has Singing Harp (2003 production mark) waffling. Under the single post is a smoothed box with the following information: ©Disney Walt Disney Collectors Society Exclusive 1992 (year of that pin’s production mark) China. The pin back is a plain black circle. This set came in an embossed box.
