To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Walt Disney Classics Collection Society (Anniversary titled “Decade of Dreams”), this 12 pin set was released for a limited time. Every year, the Collection used a different production mark to indicate the year the collectors item was released. Each mark represents an important piece of Disney Animation. These productions marks include:1992: Steamboat Wheel (Steamboat Willie)

Walt Disney pushed the known boundaries of animation of the era in "Silly Symphonies," earning the studio an Academy Award. This treble clef is a representation of the music used in the production of "Silly Symphonies." The clef is a purple enamel on a gold-colored base metal. It is a pin-on-pin with the base pin being the main logo of the WDCC in a shade of Prussian Blue. The back of the pin has a Singing Harp (the 2003 production mark) waffling. Under the single post is a smoothed box with the following information: "©Disney Walt Disney Collectors Society Exclusive 1993 China." The pin back is a plain black circle. This set came in an embossed box.
