It was released on-time in Europe. This pin set released in the US on July 24, 2020 Due to the pandemic, this set was released online through a virtual raffle system called Merch Pass. Interested purchasers had the opportunity to submit their information and interest in this set via the Disney Store (then ShopDisney) website. There was a small window to submit it, and then Disney closed further submissions. Within about 24 hours, they emailed the entrants that won the raffle letting them know their items were reserved, with a private link to purchase their set. Entrants then had around 48 hours to check out beforer their items would be placed back into ShopDisney's inventory. ❗ WARNING: This pin has been counterfeited and is being sold directly from overseas factories. No one can guarantee the authenticity of this pin unless it was purchased directly from Disney (or an authorized retailer where applicable).
