This pin is given to the host/hostess of a major convention with over 50 hotel rooms reserved on property, and 3 days in a Disney property ballroom. The pin is worn by the host/hostess, so that the waiters or staff know exactly who to speak with regarding decisions or planning for a convention. The middle of the Mickey Mouse head icon is textured gold. On top of the icon is a Walt Disney script "D" in black and highlighted in gold.
