Interested purchasers had the opportunity to submit their information and interest in this set via the Disney Store (then ShopDisney) website. There was a small window to submit it, and then Disney closed further submissions. Within about 24 hours, they emailed the entrants that won the raffle letting them know their items were reserved, with a private link to purchase their set.
