DLR - 1998 Attraction Series - Tomorrowland Observatron This pin is one of 67 pins released in 1998, one year prior to the official start of pin trading. This series of pins was released to commemorate Disneyland's favorite attractions - both present to that time and from the past. This pin features the Observatron, a kinetic sculpture which replaced the original location of the Astro Orbitors in 1998. It is in yellow and orange with white lights beaming from it on a blue and purple background. The word OBSERVATRON is in light blue at the bottom, followed by the Disneyland logo in dark blue.
