Pin Description:
This pin features a multi-plane camera along with Dopey and Doc looking at animation drawings. The multi-plane (also spelled multiplane ) camera was a pivotal technology achievement in the mid-1930s for which Disney holds a number of patients. It provided a depth of field for their animated films that others could not match. The Multi-Plane Camera was first used in the 1937 production of "The Old Mill."
