This is a German 'ProPin' pin.This version of the pin is available two places.
1) in a box set of 9 that includes: King Triton, Ariel (Head), Sebastian, Sebastion Relaxing, Ariel (Shell), Flounder, Flounder with Flower, Ursula and Ariel.
2) As an individual ProPin with its own packaging.
Ursula's face is featured on the #4 pin from the "The Little Mermaid" set. Ursula, facing slightly left, and is shown with a small gold shell as a necklace. The pin measures 1 1/8" (2.9 cm) tall by 3/4" (1.8 cm) wide. It has the ProPin Germany and ©Disney, and #4 on the back.
