Pin Description:
A very nice pin of Jim Hawkins and John Silver from the movie Treasure Planet. The photo print depicts the scene where Silver inspires Jim about the freedom that can be found sailing through space.Quotation is needed, but originally developed as a limited edition of 100 pins, 25 Jim-and-Silver pins were to be offered individually, while the remaining 75 pins were to be part of a set of five Treasure Planet pins. Due to poor box office Disney Auctions saw reduced interest in the pins and therefore lowered the number of pins available. It's unclear how many sets and individual pins actually made it into the pin circulation.
