It was released to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the theatrical release of Walt Disney's "The Hunchback of Notre Dame."

It is a surprise release, in that although the two other releases on this date were announced 5-15 minutes prior to its release, this series of pins was released with the Patriotic series of pins.
