Pin Description:
In celebration of Walt Disney Imagineering's 50th Anniversary, Disneyland Resort and WDI have partnered on a limited edition pin series celebrating the Theme Parks and Resorts WDI has developed.There are two versions of each of the pins produced: a limited edition of 1952 pins (the year WDI was established) released at Disneyland Resort, and a "Gold" version, limited to 2500 pieces, that was available exclusively to WDI Cast Members at Mickey's of Glendale.
Each pin has a pin on pin at the bottom that features Sorcerer Mickey standing in front of a yellow "50." This pin features Tokyo Disneyland, with a blue silhouette of Tokyo's Cinderella Castle and the original Tokyo Disneyland logo on the left middle of the pin. Next to the logo is says "Tokyo Disneyland" and below that at the bottom of the castle it says, "Walt Disney Imagineering" "Est. December 1952".
