This pin is one of the 5 winning entries in the "Create a Pin" contest in 2008, with the design submitted by Cast Member Jocelyn Cleary from Consumer Direct Sales., and was made available to cast members who attended the December Pin Party.The pin is inspired by the "earning my ears" ribbon new Cast Members wear, and features a black Mickey ear hat with the Mickey logo on it, and a red ribbon that hangs below the hat that reads in silver letters, "Earned My Ears."
