Pin Description:
WDW - 999 Happy Haunts Ball 2003 - Royal Tea and Totter Boxed Set

This boxed set of three pins features a graveyard playground for blue bloods! This regal pin set creaks open to reveal a wonderfully spooky vignette from the Haunted Mansion. A ghostly king, queen and courtly maiden live it up in the dead of night. This is a boxed pin set from the 2003 "999 Happy Haunts Ball" in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.

The box resembles a tombstone. In raised black lettering, the lid reads "The Haunted Mansion / 999 Happy Haunts / October 29, 2003". On the bottom of the box is the event logo and "Limited Edition of 500". The box is very heavy textured resin in gray. It feels and looks like stone featuring black raised lettering.

The king and queen are two separate pins, separated so that the tombstone is part of the queen pin. They are on a "see-saw." The maiden on her swing is a third pin. The inside of the box lid has a shiny black satin lining.

Pins designed by Disney Artist Martha Widener the evening the event took place.
