Inspired by artwork created by the Disney Design Group, this Jumbo pin is from a collection of 20 Jumbo pins. Each Jumbo pin celebrates 50 Years of Disney Theme Parks and is packaged in a box. An Artist Bio is also included with the pin. Brian Blackmore of Disney Design Group has titled this pin "Dumbo Ears". This stylized Mickey Mouse Ear Hat commemorates the Dumbo Flying Elephant attraction located in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom ® Park. This attraction opened October 1, 1971. The left ear is in the shape of a red Dumbo attraction car, and the right ear is in the shape of a green Dumbo attraction car. They are appear to be traveling clockwise around the circus tent in the center. "DUMBO" is written on a pin-on-pin element in the center, with two pin-on-pin elements on either side that say "D". A pin-on-pin Timothy Q. Mouse stands on top of the circus tent. Brian's bio reads: "It was at the tender age of five that I decided on a career as a Disney Artist. Every day I pinch myself. I still can't believe my dream actually came true! The Dumbo ride reminds me of my very first trip to Walt Disney World. This attraction still holds the same excitement and charm that it did when I first saw it so long ago!"
