The surprise pin was released during the announced Hercules 25th Anniversary release at Disney Studio Store Hollywood aka Disney's Soda Fountain and Studio Store (DSF).
Information released by DSSH on August 3, 2022: Unfortunately, upon delivery from our manufacturer, we discovered the Sox Pin was made incorrectly and was not what was advertised. As a result of the error, we must cancel the pin from your order and issue you a refund.
All pins will be destroyed.
