Disney Store Cast Member pin - 1.2 inches x .5 inches - rectangular - glazed - background color is cream/pale yellow. It has Mickey Mouse standing with hand up on left corner and the word ESPANOL in black letters - "Spanish". These pins I was told where worn a few years back by DS CMs to show the languages they spoke. There are at least 11 different language pins available. This pin is issued to Disney Store Cast members who pass a quiz testing their ability to speak a different language. They then have the opportunity to wear the pin as a part of their costume.
