Released by Disneyshopping.com over several years in the late 2000s, this series of mini jumbo pins features Jessica Rabbit from "Who Frame Roger Rabbit?" dressed as different Disney characters for Halloween. This pin was released ahead of Halloween in 2009, and it features Jessica wearing a Blue Fairy costume from "Pinocchio". She is wearing a long blue dress with large blue wings and blue heels. She is holding the Blue Fairy's wand, and and a cloud of magic flows around her. The pin is approximately 3" tall.
