It is a light-up, when you push the button on the back of the pin the eyes light up red (flash or blink). It is not made to be able to change the batteries. This pin was also given to DS CM's to wear as part of the promotion. Backstamped with the Disney Store logo, Disney Store, (c) Disney, Made in China, 2006. Released to celebrate the opening of "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" on a special card. Metal pin measures 1 inch wide by 2 1/4 inch tall. This pin is also being given away for free at the Disney Store if you purchase the DVD "Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest".
