Enamel cloisonné. Imported. Chip 'n' Dale walk in front, waving stylized American flags. Pluto, Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Goofy are carrying a blue and red banner that says, "HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY" in white letters, and that has two white stars on it. Mickey is waving.
