This pin is Hades the villain of Disney's 1997 animated feature film, "Hercules". He is the fast-talking god of the Underworld, known for having a fiery temper and a vendetta against his eldest brother Zeus, who's hero son Hercules, would defeat him.
Hades appears as a blue-gray humanoid wearing a gray and dark gray robe with a blue collar. He has light blue "fire" hair emitting from his head.
He is standing high in the clouds at the Golden Gates of Mount Olympus asking why not me?
